Alliance VP shares thoughts for industry article

Our industry continues to show strength, even as the US economy finds its way through a period of recession. The current state of the laundromat industry and the path forward was the topic of a recent article by American Coin-Op magazine editorial director Bruce Beggs.  

 Alliance Laundry Systems Vice President of North America Commercial Sales, Mike Hand, lent his expertise to the roundtable of industry veterans interviewed for the piece. 

 Hand was optimistic about where the industry is and where it’s headed saying, “I think our industry is stronger than it was five years ago. Seeing laundromats not just survive the pandemic but actually thrive has bolstered confidence. Couple that with new investors and current store owners committing to an exceptional customer experience and leveraging technology, and our industry is looking quite strong.”
