Two words have, seemingly overnight, have become part of our daily lexicon – Artificial Intelligence, or AI. While we might hear the term used frequently, there are still questions on just what it is and how it will, and already does, impact our lives.

Planet Laundry tackled the topic of AI in its April issue. In the article, Bob Nieman asks a variety of industry experts to weigh in on the subject and what its future uses might be in the laundromat market.

Alliance Laundry Systems Chief Technology Officer Joe Hainline offered his thoughts on the subject, saying AI will drive advancements in predictive maintenance as well as customer service.
