American Coin Op’s February issue featured an editorial written by Huebsch North American Sales Manager Kathryn Q. Rowen. In the article, Rowen shares the story of J.D. Dixon, president of National Laundry Equipment, and discusses the importance of improving overall customer experience through a well-organized, thoughtfully designed and aesthetically appealing store environment.

“The worst thing a store owner can do is to have ‘just another laundromat’ that gets lost among the competition,” says Dixon. “Signage, aesthetics, colors, equipment—these are all things to think about when creating a laundromat’s unique brand to ultimately help it stand out.”
