Pasadena Laundromat Owners Named Huebsch Store Owner of the Quarter

The Milams own The Laundry Room, located in Pasadena, California.

Aaron and Andrea Milam first realized the potential investment opportunity a laundromat business could provide when they installed coin-operated laundry machines in their rental properties. After seeing the revenue stream it provided, in addition to increasing renter satisfaction, they decided to start looking into opening a laundromat. After years of searching for the right property, the couple purchased an existing laundromat that was close to home, but in need of some remodeling.
After the Milams remodeled the laundromat and it had been in business for one year, they decided to replace their outdated equipment. They spoke with many different distributors but chose to work with Southern California-based ACE Commercial Laundry Equipment because of Sales Manager Andy Wray and Senior Sales Representative Rudy Munoz. The Milams worked closely with Wray and Munoz to select the best mix of Huebsch equipment for the store. Wray and Munoz were very personable and hands-on. They always made themselves available, not only during the equipment replacement, but they continue to support the Milams with any of their business needs. Additionally, the Milams used Huebsch Financial to help finance the new equipment.
